AuditingOur audit approach is built upon identifying and assessing risk. The result is that our effort is focused on amounts that are significant. We select the combination of audit procedures which best suits the client's circumstances to maximize audit efficiency and effectiveness. As part of the audit process, we assess the internal controls and procedures followed by our clients and recommend improvements where practical. Our audit programs have been developed combining the strengths of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' programs contained in the Professional Engagement Manual and our own modifications based on experience and training. We utilize specially designed audit techniques adaptable to individual system requirements and specifications. Our audit teams follow Canadian generally accepted auditing standards. We also follow rigorous quality control policies and procedures to provide our clients with an audit opinion.
